The Deacon is a premium blended Scotch Whisky made from hand-selected whiskies, including those from Scotland’s historic Islay and Speyside regions. Peaty Islay single malts and bonfire-smoky mainland single malts combine in our blend to create the perfect dram, a balance of smoke and sweetness. A nose of charred orange, sweet malty biscuits and woodsmoke gives way to juicy orange, echoing the nose, on the palate, delicate spice, and tangy peat. The finish is both sweet and smoky, long, and smooth.
