Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who is not only looking to learn but also brings new ideas to
the table. As a valuable member of our team, the Supply Chain Planner needs to ensure the smooth
functioning of all aspects of supply chain. This includes material procurement, data analysis, order
fulfillment, logistics and cost analysis. Our ideal candidate is willing to learn how the department and
company operates and come up with new ways to improve work efficiency. The candidate will be
required to analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to assist with forecast
planning. Due to the analytical nature of this position, we would require someone who is detail oriented
with advanced knowledge of excel.

**This role is on-site in Highland Park, IL five days a week.**

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop reports and contingency plans for inventory tracking and maintenance
• Analyze sales trend and order data to forecast production and material procurement
• Maintain inventory levels through accurate planning and forecasting
• Manage forecast planning using inventory levels, production speed and product demand to
estimate output
• Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to ensure products and materials arrive in a
time/cost efficient manner
• Update and maintain data for accurate reporting across multiple platforms
• Create new ways to report and track data for leadership to make accurate decisions quickly

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of excel
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain or similar relevant position
• NetSuite experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time

The compensation for the position is: $55,000-$70,000
