Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating at all levels of the organization on status, risks and process/product changes. The ideal candidate must be adept at cross-team coordination, project management, and analyzing data, with a proven history of delivering results. This position reports to the Director of Operations & Integration and will have direct reports. Proven people management skills are a must.

**This role is on-site in Highland Park, IL five days a week.**

Primary Responsibilities

Design and implement supply chain strategies to streamline procurement, production, inventory, and distribution processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction for existing and new brands
Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery
Leverage data analytics to drive improvements
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills
Bridge any gaps in team dynamics, processes, and systems, preventing common project pitfalls
Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues and ensuring logistics continuity
Streamline logistics processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing price negotiations & service benchmarking across all suppliers and vendors in close collaboration with finance, sales, and operations teams
Maintain optimal stock levels by improving demand forecasting models and managing replenishment strategies
Evaluate and develop current KPI reporting, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance
Oversee the R&D of raw materials and their procurement process
Ensure supply chain processes meets legal requirements and assist the Director of Operations with legal contracts for all vendors
Assist the Director of Operations with all NetSuite processes implementation
Other duties as needed

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years’ experience in supply chain management, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or CPG industries
 Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, finance, business, or related field
Extensive NetSuite knowledge with hands-on experience in supply chain modules, automation, and reporting. NetSuite implementation experience a MUST
Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
Strong background in process optimization, lean principles, and cost reduction strategies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Experience with ERP system integrations is a plus

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Salary and How to Apply

The compensation for the position is: $95,000-$130,000
